  • SYNOPSIS: Out of jail after serving 12 years for murder, ex-assassin Don (Louis Koo) is asked to kill a presidential front-runner by his buddies Max (Julian Cheung) and Chan Hung (Ray Lui). When Don refuses the job, he is made the obvious suspect after the candidate is assassinated. Now Don is being hunted by both the police and his two friends, who may or nay not have masterminded the murder themselves. Directed by Hong Kong ace director Ringo Lam (CITY ON FIRE, MAXIMUM RISK and FULL CONTACT), THE SUSPECT is both a tense political thriller and an action spectacle.
